@loex0r77 You should rework the upper Silesia provice, to give those borders look from 1937. Katowice wasn't part of Germany at that time, and it breaks the immersivness when restoring those borders

You can try without the New countries mod, it is not the most stable thing I think.
The 2016 start date is very underdevelopped and shouldn't be used also ^^

This is an amazing mod, i can't play without it man, however the mod is crashing when activated alongside Global Conflict, Hell it's frustrating, since my favorite combo was using GC Map New countries and Ideas alongside eachother... When i start the game all is fine, i get to choose the date, if i go 2016 it crashes if i go 2000 its ok, that's untill i choose a country (doesn't matter which) i start, it loads and then it goes half through and suddenly it shows "Peace Conference" as if i ended a war, then it crashes... Any idea if this mod needs to be updated or mabye its a GC issue?

if you take the fractured world decision at start it gives some wrong countries land (Morocco gets northeast italy)

The content of the mod was recently integrated into Novum Vexillum.
I'm still working on the submod though (it gets integrated roughly every 6 months)
Expect an update in 2-3 weeks with India, Pakistan and China reworked.

Is it normal for the folder to only contain descriptor file and the thumbnail? Since I can only see those files.

If you're interested in adding them then sure. Some of them are a bit more to allow for my custom focus country to expand and not necessarily realistic divisions of countries/states though.

Maintaining your submod up to date with Novum would be quite painful, as my submod gets integrated once in a while. However, You could tell me what states you wanna see added and I could maybe add them into the mod directly ^^

Actually I've reverted the polish state names to english and added a decision to rename them to polish. I'll fix the typo for Marijampolė, thanks for mentionning it ^^

You should fix the abysmal mistype in the southern Lithuanian state of Marijampolė. Also, could maybe add Lithuanian proper spelling to it's states. Looks a bit lazy considering all the special characters in Poland..

Can you lauch your game with only novum ?
If not, delete your Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV folder (your saves and screenshots are there, you can let them here as they surely don't cause any crash) + verify your game files via steam.
You can also send the error log in the Novum discord server, I'll look at it

i do only activate novum ideology cheat mot (official submod), Player lead peaceconferences, MD reskin and thats it
is there a mod among them which makes the game crash ?
I mean no one of them does change any map files

You can also delete your cache in your documents/paradox interactives/hoi4 folder and verify your game files via steam

Albania is fine as it is imo, what would you like to see as new state ?
I could add a state for the western part of Macedonia with a sizable Albanian population yeah
