This Mod still works perfectly in V1.3 . The onyl change needed would be a Version Number. I have planted plenty of Meal Wood since the game updated and have harvested Insect Meat without issue.

thats in line with ONI. Mealwood does give quite a hit to decor as well there.

This is REALLY clever. I would recommend a little in-game flavor: "Mealwood is a plant known for producing a sickeningly pungeant odor, which attracts maggots and other edible bugs. Though the plant itself is inedible, the hordes of insects are not. Sort of." .

To represent its terrible smell, I suggest making its Beauty Rating both negative and harsh.
