Pretty sure copyright only applies to the texture itself, not the showcase or name.

Very nice warpaint, however, I would remove the picture pointing out it from Newgrounds and any direction reference that it is Newgrounds.

Do to A). Copyright reason and you could get in trouble for it.
And B). TF2 won't allow this to be in game do to the copyright of Newgrounds IP.

I don't know if the Name "Tank'd Up Turf" is what it is called, if it is, I would change the name, if it isn't, then your good on the name.

By doing this, you would make this warpaint a "parody", meaning you have legal rights to have this accepted in game without getting in trouble.

I'm a little confused by the huge rivets in the metal tbh
