I think this could be very cool to get an update. I have been thinking about a mod like this but not removing Russia and the other countries entirely but make them smaller because of nuclear strikes and stuff like that. And like OWB have only company or battalion sized units because of the smaller population. Make countries like Russia have their borders go via roads between bubbles of populated land.

This mod has a very large amount of potential. Try adding major countries but in the form of chaotic warlord states. A bit like Russia in the TNO mod.

theres an issue where all states are loyal but you cant do combat extremists on the map

Only certain countries are able to colonize, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Turkey, and Italy. Soon(TM) a European update will come out that will give some alternatives to colonization and stuff for some countries like the German Remnants to do

I'd like to echo @Zanhou's question how do you colonize? I saw Estonia double it's size in months meanwhile I'm just sitting here as German remnants looking like an idiot.

Actually, India is about equal to the UK in terms of GDP, 6th highest in the world. Not that hard to check.
