While I like the art and how the pieces themselves look, I don't feel like it fits the concept of Shadow Demon (That being the concept in my own head, so I'm probably pretty biased against other ideas).

Thoughts:
- I feel like the armor is too "physical", if that makes sense? To me, Shadow Demon is a manipulator/caster, and this armor seems more like something Doom would wear.
- The color of the armor doesn't seem to mesh well with the dark, seemingly un-edit-able glow around his head/hands.
- Also, the part of the belt with the lower jaw? It looks like it should move differently than it does, with that weight down there.

I know Doom gets lots of attention and cosmetic choices, while Shadow Demon... has one. So I appreciate the work put into a set for him. That said, I feel like armor made of demonic corpses would fit Doom much better than Shadow Demon.

This is just me throwing in my 185 words. I'm definitely no expert or anything, but I hope you appreciate the feedback. Good luck!
