@Arky See my previous reply to this question

Do you know why the meteorite event target those cliffs? Even though they are buildings? There are so many types of cliffs (top right, topt left, bottom, etc.) for each type of stone that they pretty much are the only thing that is chosen for meteorite events. I thought they were natural buildings like shrines and such.

Thanks so much!! I love the look but they take forever to make nice only for raiders to decide mining is somehow a better idea then walking through or around them.
Mlie  [author] Sep 14, 2024 @ 10:42am
@wcpwnsuto Should work better now
wcpwnsuto Sep 13, 2024 @ 11:08am
Is there a way to stop raiders (breecher Ai believe) from targeting my nice looking but functionally useless cliffs?
wcpwnsuto Sep 4, 2024 @ 6:51am
Alright thanks for the fast reply
Mlie  [author] Sep 4, 2024 @ 4:11am
@wcpwnsuto Yes, they are minable and any minable can be used in the meteroite event. There is nothing I can do about that
wcpwnsuto Sep 4, 2024 @ 4:08am
It seems cliffs are able to be used by the meteorite event. Making it look invisible
Mlie  [author] Jun 27, 2024 @ 9:27pm
@Dream Wielder Not that I know of, the cliffs are buildings after all
Dreamy Jun 27, 2024 @ 5:07pm
There's a way to place other structures on top? like fences, decorations or props
Mlie  [author] Jun 9, 2024 @ 10:05pm
@McLets No idea, never heard of that mod
McLets Jun 9, 2024 @ 5:37pm
Compatibility with Fenry's Prop Core?
Shadowmoore Apr 14, 2024 @ 9:25pm
As I said, less a complaint and more funny. Wasn't sure if anyone else had reported it. Anyways, much appreciation for it even with weird geometrical meteors.
Mlie  [author] Apr 14, 2024 @ 11:42am
@Shadowmoore Not much I can do about it. Since they are technically mineable the game adds them to possible meteor materials.
Anthony079 Apr 14, 2024 @ 3:11am
@Shadowmoore ive had many meteor cliffs, randy really likes to throw them at me
Shadowmoore Apr 13, 2024 @ 6:06pm
Hey @Mlie. This is more funny than a complaint, but it seems that meteors can fall composed of these decorative cliffs. xD
Mlie  [author] Jan 2, 2024 @ 3:18pm
@Fedeh You can edit the textures of the mod locally. Just add a local version of the mod and change the images in that. You can either copy the steam-mod folder or download it from the github-repo linked above
Fedeh Jan 2, 2024 @ 3:10pm
@Mlie is it hard to do? Maybe i could change it myself only for my game?
If its not that hard, of course, im not good at programing nor making mods :steamsad:
Mlie  [author] Dec 31, 2023 @ 11:00pm
@Fedeh Dont think so, if I were to change the graphic now it would cause issues for anyone else who had already built with it. Linked graphics is tricky that way
Fedeh Dec 31, 2023 @ 5:30pm
@Mlie well yeah, thats the point, it works horizontally but it bugs out vertically, any corner piece turns into a U shape, is there some way to fix it? I want to use it for a dawnbridge design for an isle and 2 of the sides are verical

In the photo i showed all 4 corners and it happens with all of them
Mlie  [author] Dec 30, 2023 @ 10:24pm
@Fedeh Because you are placing them vertically I assume
Fedeh Dec 30, 2023 @ 4:44pm
@Mlie why does some corners of the mod, instead of taking a L shape, turns into a U shape?
Most precisely when you place them vertically

Very good MOD!

By the way, why should only stone cliffs be mined instead of demolished?

It would be more convenient to be able to give Deconstruct order for any cliff at once from the Orders tab.
Haekel Jul 15, 2022 @ 9:04am
Could I request placeable straight cliffs, pretty please?

The corners connect weirdly to east and west facing walls, curving instead of connecting. And it is impossible to create a cliff end facing east or west that does not end in a curve.
Astariel May 26, 2021 @ 4:19am
lmao you got me there

@Blaze From the description: "Stairs in the pictures are not included:

Astariel May 26, 2021 @ 12:22am
I have also seen meteorites consisting of cliffs. It's not the end of the world but would be nice to fix.

By the way, I assumed this mod added stairs since they're included in the screenshot. Would also be nice to add, or at least to clarify in the page description.
StreamRo Apr 17, 2021 @ 3:34am
Thank you
Mlie  [author] Apr 15, 2021 @ 1:43pm
@Talant They are not part of the mapgen explicitly and I havent seen them spawning in my tests
NotYourTito Apr 15, 2021 @ 1:10pm
Does this make cliffs occur during map generation, or are they just buildable?
Mlie  [author] Apr 13, 2021 @ 11:23am
@Sparrows I assume as the cliffs are considered minable they can spawn in meterorites
Sparrows Apr 13, 2021 @ 11:13am
https://puu.sh/HxZpY/858667ba91.png Yes, this is naturally happening confirmed
Sparrows Apr 13, 2021 @ 10:59am
https://puu.sh/HxZa3/f943223c5d.png Meteorite spawned as cliffs... There is nothing related to it in logs.
WindUpHero7 Apr 13, 2021 @ 8:54am
@OptimusPrimordial and @Psyra Since this is a direct update of the original, it should be out-of-the-box compatible with Toolbox by Nif- This mod lets you change pass-ability, movement cost, hitpoints, etcetera in game through mod settings, per cliff type.

I personally made dirt cliffs climbable and stone cliffs impassable, then used it with a structure-unclaim mod to create natural cliffs all over my map.
Mlie  [author] Apr 12, 2021 @ 9:58pm
@theRejected7 No change, just continued
WindUpHero7 Apr 12, 2021 @ 4:45pm
What does this change versus the "out-of-date" version? I currently use the old version and it seems to work fine, and I'm curious if I'm missing something.
Mlie  [author] Apr 11, 2021 @ 5:18am
@OptimusPrimordial Yes
OptimusPrimordial Apr 11, 2021 @ 5:11am
Do they at least slow movement?
ꌗꉣ꒒ꂦ꓄ Apr 10, 2021 @ 2:14pm
If I had actual Photoshop I'd make a texture mod to use these babies match up with [LTO] Terrain.
ꌗꉣ꒒ꂦ꓄ Apr 10, 2021 @ 2:12pm
'Cliffs do not block movement and sight'... So I would guess no, they don't function as embrasures. :D
PantherHardraad Apr 10, 2021 @ 2:07pm
Do these function as a type of embrasure where you can't path through them but can fire through them?
