@80 Series LandCruiser TD You just need to leave this addon with more priority than the base of the headlight mod, then the headlights have already changed automatically.
Remembering that you also need to leave the two mods with more priorities than mods of trucks, trailers, traffic, etc...

How do you equip the headlight? Do I have to buy it or is it automatic? Because I dont see it in the customize truck screen. Also, is it supposed to be above your base headlight mod?
