Realistically, a Diaper for a comatose/bedridden Pawn would be made out of Cloth and not Leather, however, because a Pawn unable to move or a baby Pawn using the Childhood Mods that needs it would develop chafing and pain if it was leather.
I should note that I just realized a second reason for Diapers: if you have a Mod that adds infants and children, you would outfit them with these to prevent them from dirtying their surroundings. It would add tremendous realism.
I mean, the obvious reason you would include diapers would be for these matters; I'm not sure how this would fare without the Dubs Bad Hygiene Mod.
The fact they don't have any other conflicts is pretty great, not to beg, but I'd love for the mods to be compatible, but as it stands it seems like this mod disables toilet needs in general for all pawns, which is a bit much.
Does this mod allow setting age limits? if it does not it may be useful to add. As I can see this being a very useful realism mod for elderly colonists or mods like Baby and Children and could help remove the stigma I see in the comments.
images in the description could also be helpful, often times I avoid mods due to the appearance standing out too much compared to vanilla.
