Since this mod has been reported working in 1.6 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

Thanks Kothliim
and yes, I will be updating my mods. I just really really havnt had the time
besides the warning that its not the right version, they will still work which is why im not too worried right at this second, but yes, I will be updating them
Kothliim Aug 1 @ 6:35pm
I know it's no longer a hard dependency, but I updated Realistic Planets to 1.6 (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3533147031) so if this mod is looking for it for any reason, that'd be the one to look for (name and package ID)
❤DeltaKelp❤ Aug 1 @ 7:33am
Any plans for update?
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Feb 25 @ 3:35am
These mods no longer require that as a dependency and are now standalone and work with Re-Growth. If you are using RimPy, that is the issue with RimPy detecting a pre cached instance of my mods requirements.
rotted nightmare Feb 24 @ 6:48am
it also does not have the continued version of realistic planets marked as a dependency https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3225521979
rotted nightmare Feb 24 @ 6:45am
this mod has the previous world map beautification project (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2314407956) marked as a dependency still, instead of the continued (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3266720501) version
Limfjorden Oct 30, 2024 @ 6:02am
@Crusaderjack Yes, it does.
Crusaderjack Aug 19, 2024 @ 9:48am
Does this work with the updated realistic planets? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3225521979

Gorgeous. To further improve the beauty of the world map, would it be possible to modify the faction icons to transform them into miniatures of towns (modern) or castles, fortified cities (medieval)? It would look better than vanilla icons.
HestiaOlympe Jun 8, 2024 @ 4:24am
yeah I looked through it myself as well and idk its weird
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Jun 7, 2024 @ 6:08pm
its confusing to me because there is literally only 1 file it would\could be in and that does not have anything :-/
I am at a loss. I will take another look though but yeah
HestiaOlympe Jun 7, 2024 @ 8:40am
Yeah its def weird, on my end it still says I need the original World Map Beautification Project & original Realistic Planets mod
Sacrificial Goat  [author] May 16, 2024 @ 4:15am
yeah I am not sure where RimPy scrapes its data from or if there is any local data it may keep as mine does not show it, im guessing if you re-scrape the info, that may resolve it :D
Just Garshne May 15, 2024 @ 9:02am
Dependency also shows up in RimPy fyi. Only subscribed to this one just now, so it's not an issue of me having a previous version.
Sacrificial Goat  [author] May 15, 2024 @ 3:58am
oh you mean on steam, sorry, I overlooked that part
Limfjorden May 15, 2024 @ 3:30am
It still says here on steam that World Beautification Project is required?
Sacrificial Goat  [author] May 14, 2024 @ 10:55pm
I already did with version 1.8
Starempire42 May 14, 2024 @ 8:33pm
btw World Map Beautification Project is now apart of regrowth: core instead so maybe time to update the requirements?
Sacrificial Goat  [author] May 1, 2024 @ 2:25am
This should already support that
Leoraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Apr 27, 2024 @ 6:53pm
Any chance you can add "chengdude from chengdu's Realistic Planets Continued" as an alternative, since it has been updated for 1.5? ID 3225521979
Thanks for your work on this!
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 25, 2024 @ 5:21pm
As far as I know, yes. its only the Beautification project that was integrated into ReGrowth, not the mod support
awesomeadam217 Apr 25, 2024 @ 4:01pm
sounds like we don't need this anymore?
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 23, 2024 @ 7:05pm
Ahh ok, was just curious if steam was giving you the correct version.
mmm, as far as cache goes, that im not sure. there is a small possibility that when you unsubscribe that it may not be removing the actual files. I have had issues like that in the past with a game called Starbound. so I had to manually delete the mod after unsubbing from it.

When I get home, what I can do is give you the original files to throw into your mods folder of the game. I would be curious if that version works.

Will post again later today :P
-=GoW=-Dennis Apr 22, 2024 @ 11:49am
Hey, you don't need to proof anything to me, and the About.xml indeed looks the same like for you, but still complains about dependency missing. Is there some cache or something that you maybe know of?
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 22, 2024 @ 4:31am
and below it is "loadAfter" which looks like this
<loadAfter>
<li>Ludeon.RimWorld</li>
<li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Royalty</li>
<li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Ideology</li>
<li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Biotech</li>
<li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Anomaly</li>
<li>brrainz.harmony</li>
<li>Odeum.WMBP</li>
<li>WindowsXP.RealisticPlanets</li>
<li>zvq.RealisticPlanetsContinued</li>
</loadAfter>

So the load after part just means as long as any of the mods in that list are before mine, it wont shout. the dependencies section, I only have that 1, so so confusing and interesting at the same time. wonder what it is. if yours doesnt look like that, then for some stupid reason, Steam is not playing nice with you :P
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 22, 2024 @ 4:31am
I mean you can check for yourself
if you navigate to (provided steam is installed in its default location)
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2382822044\About
2382822044 being the mod ID, open up the "About.xml" file
inside there, there will be a section that says "modDependencies", it should look like this

<modDependencies>
<li>
<packageId>Odeum.WMBP</packageId>
<displayName>World Map Beautification Project</displayName>
<steamWorkshopUrl>steam://url/CommunityFilePage/2314407956</steamWorkshopUrl>
</li>
</modDependencies>
-=GoW=-Dennis Apr 21, 2024 @ 11:06am
No idea, still doesn't recognize the removed dependency. It's not a big thing either way :)
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 21, 2024 @ 8:16am
Thats the thing, it does not matter which one you use, I have removed the dependency for the mod. If the biome ID's are the same, it will replace them, if its not, they wont, but it should not give a dependency warning as there are none.
I have uploaded it one more time on the off chance Steam, is being dumb, but outside of that, I am unsure. The version it should be is 1.6
-=GoW=-Dennis Apr 21, 2024 @ 5:18am
Still doesn't work after another deletion, unsubscribing and resubscribing. Just to make sure, we talk about the fork with ID "zvq.realisticplanetscontinued"? There is a second one by some asian mod developer called (HDF Edition), that doesn't have any fixes. Maybe you added that?
Taurec Apr 21, 2024 @ 2:18am
Yes, i have the same. Deabbo and reabbo does not work.
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 20, 2024 @ 7:50pm
mmm I am unsure about that then, I have removed and readded it on my end and everything is ok. Perhaps Steam had a moment, if you try again (if you havnt already) it should work
-=GoW=-Dennis Apr 20, 2024 @ 12:00am
Mh, even after unsubscribe & resubscribe still shows the dependency warning.
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 19, 2024 @ 11:22pm
I have removed the dependency for the originally supported mod and added the continued version to the order list. should be good now
Taurec Apr 18, 2024 @ 12:14pm
Realistic Planets semms to be abandoned. But someone have self made a update:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3225521979
Logically, this update does not work with your patch, it always complains that it is missing Realistic Planets. :)
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Apr 13, 2024 @ 11:41pm
haha yes, figured Id get this done first :P
Dunkersplay Apr 12, 2024 @ 1:59pm
Now we wait for Realistic Planets to update...
//SlipperyPete:. Aug 17, 2023 @ 11:00am
Anyone else run into an issue where they cannot select many of the starting tiles on the world map when starting a new game? Trying to narrow down which of my hundreds of mods is broken or conflicting.
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Nov 10, 2022 @ 1:21am
I can take a look, They may have changed some values or something
TheRealLemon Nov 9, 2022 @ 6:01pm
the other mod has been updated but this mod seems to have a patch error
AncestorsGift Oct 28, 2022 @ 1:55am
@Sacrificial Goat understood
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Oct 27, 2022 @ 1:55am
Sorry no, I am in no way associated with them or in communication :P
you will need to chase them up on their chat, I have not heard anything
AncestorsGift Oct 26, 2022 @ 6:05pm
The mod this needs is still in 1.3... any word from that author to update?
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Oct 26, 2022 @ 5:28am
@Rude In this case, I simply added the 1.4 version into the mod as a supported version. I did that so when the Realistic Planets mod is updated, then I dont have to worry about doing my side of things.

The only time it gets a bit more complicated is if they release their update and add stuff at the same time
Rude Oct 26, 2022 @ 5:09am
What does the process for updating between rimworld patches entail? Broke my brain thinking about how this is updated for 1.4, but the realistic planets mod isn't.
RaZoR Oct 22, 2022 @ 11:38am
Thank you!
Sacrificial Goat  [author] Oct 21, 2022 @ 7:02pm
All my addons have now been updated to 1.4
RaZoR Oct 21, 2022 @ 9:38am
Hello, i want to comment also here to thank you for your work and ask you kindly if you plan to update this mod to 1.4. Thanks.
Long Johnson Aug 1, 2022 @ 8:49pm
Thanks for the mod! :)
Ronivan Apr 1, 2022 @ 8:22pm
Oh no worries about fixes on this one, I was able to easily circumvent it as it is. As it is now is perfect for me, infinitely better than the red mark of the missing texture.
