作者，这个BC好像也有bug，就是把BC给他打分裂以后，分裂的国家会一直相互宣战，即使是有一方把另一方傀儡了也不行，然后导致玩家这边一直弹出BC内战的事件

黑森峰国策好像有bug，把黑森峰劳工阵线国策完成后会有三个选项，其中只有第一个是能点的，后面两个点了就会报错直接卡退，希望可以修复一下
