also change that it is only the americans that start with the naval treaty

give italian navy to germany and uk+commewhealth navy to USA

is it just my game or does this mod not work?

Also, due to the naval treaty mechanics, any nation can immediately send a warning to any other nation and get a free war goal because no UK fleet exists to compare to.

Germany is stuck trading to a nonexistant Sweden at the start of the game for tungsten. Is there anything you could do to fix it? Also, the 1939 scenario doesn't seem to be possible to select.

Should probably name Japan after their faction as well just to keep the names the same across the board.

Maybe add more resourses in the bounder in ussr and germany or japan. When i play single player mode. Even i captured most Europe part of soviet union. My resourese still totally not enough. And axis lost the steel or Tungsten and chromium from spain and turkey making axis feel painful in the game. If the frontline go stalemate then it become even more hopeless than orginal game. Hope you give axis more option to get resoures or manpower other than to totally to capture whole soviet union.

And the ai in this mod will release puppet but only nerfed the power of the ai. I love the whole faction got multiple countries but the ai puppet wont do anything that make me feel bad. Either dont allow ai to create vassal or to strength the power of them.

I think you can add a new system that can use pp to own a region in nuture area and got some new troops and resoures for example asia minor area that maybe axis can use pp to own part of the turkry. abort balance maybe provide some discount for each faction.

Would it be possible to add a fifth "neutral" faction so the other empty territories could be used? Or possibly just split the blank parts of the map into the other four factions?
