These look really cool! One wish I had is Cities Skylines could have split R/C!!! I could see the first floor being shops with this design. Could really fit a renovated old town look. Cities needs to add this ability!

i wish to see 3 -4 versions of this building more height . Please inspire your self of Condo buildings neer the water front and downtown Toronto ! they have so many nice ones i would like to see in the game in the neer future ! great work awesome creations please continue! I will definitely Donate!
