@Ajax It should just be subscribing to the mod, enabling it in the mod sections and hopping into the USA. If it doesn't show up or it just doesn't work at all, try your typical steps to remedy it.

can you add decisions to increase/decrease party unity and to unite/divide american society? as well as maybe a seperate cheat mod for the intelligence agencies of the us, speer's and bormann's germanies?

Yo I found the problem why the YNPP decision won't work
NPP_Y_bonus_popularity = 0.5 is supposed to be NPP_R_bonus_popularity = 0.5
ynpp uses r for some reason
so just replace all y's with r's
