Looking good! I personally think it could be slowed down a little bit in the movement and rotation, but other than that it's definitely among my favorites :)

So does every effect, not rly possible to have one fit every hat. But that's not rly the point in particle effects. Matching with the hat or theme only increases rarety based on the opinion of some traders.

Looks nice but please fewer colour variants so Valve gives us more different effects instead of just a bunch of colour variants of a few effects for the season
