The problem is since PDX changed internal file structure for 1.11, even after reverting the old mod doesnt work.
So it takes a little work to make it run again, but who ever is interested i can send u the files or invite you to my GitHub

Although i don't know if i am up to the task of taking over the mod, i have created a parallel mod with my own changes. I am probably not as experienced as you, but i have tried. It is all up to date with bug fixes and that.

is it intentional that most AI doesn't make any divisions? China is only that makes more divisions in my game. I know this mod is for MP only but at least France and commonwealth AI should make divisions as not every game has all the countries played.
