We haven't touched the caps system, which I believe is the only limiter in OWB.

Ozge there is a change notes, it says what was changed. it's not hyper detailed, but it gives a brief synopsis of what was changed. Though we likely won't add a list of every small numerical change because it is pointless, though you can open the files in the workshop folder and see them there.

If you really want that we certainly could, however, we just figured that this would be easier to read and comprehend than a bunch of numbers shoved in your face.

Sounds appealing, but a more detailed description and a changelog (in the change notes or any other suitable medium) would be nicer.
