No problem. The idea came about from me looking through the workshops and finding a distinct lack of thinking-based minigames. Sure, there are things like races and obstacle courses, but I wanted a game that did not depend on twitch skills. Chess is the first logic-based game that came to mind.

Now that it's finished through and saved in it's current version there's no danger in it's destruction when playing it out with others.

As for griefers? For projects like this, I build whatever the item is in a world set to prevent others from entering. Once it's completed, I'll then publish, but I'll keep the original as private.

The whole point of building this was for others to play Chess...

If he takes it to a public server, he will more than likely be griefed by someone crashing into the board half way through the game.

No, I think you misunderstand. I'm simply asking whether you'll be playing public games using this model.

You could essentially set up live chess games using this format. :L

@ Riva710: I'm not sure what you mean. I'm not going to destroy it, if that's what you're implying. I also thought that since it was on here, that my personal multiplayer settings wouldn't matter. Am I wrong?
If so, I'll go in and switch the settings before republishing. I will also redesign the King, since it has come to my attention that it may be a little small.
