They do not take effect, for some reason they show up in the "Interesting Country" tab when you click on their flag, but in-game the effects don't show up

Does that mean the debufs don't take effect with your mod?
Or are they still active, you just can't remove them?

They'll show up on the country selection screen, but they don't actually show up in-game unless you have Together for Victory enabled

Interesting mod but what about the South African National Spirits like "History of Segregation" and "Ossewabrandwag" are they removed or are you stuck with them unbale to modify them?

maybe you should divert trees a little bit for each country? Like fash Canada would have foci on alliance with Mexico and to attack US or commie South Africa foci on destroying apartheid system
