you have this issue with this (Spring) season mod of ITN?
It's weird having 'normal' gorillas with 1100 hp, and then a silverback gorilla appears to have 400hp.
the elevations, settlements, dungeons etc are the same in all seasons.
However, I have an idea that I want to test that might get it to work.
It seems like Hosav's Minimap is kinda screwed up on the map, I don't know if thats due to this mod or his, but the character icon on the minimap is at the very top of the minimap.

They really are modded horizontal elevators, so you activate them with 'e'
But the ones that make the long trips are more decor to give more life to the map.
they used to be solid, but it turns out that this kind of movement screws the server setup and dataleaks were reported. (people would park their toons on it and let them move for hours). I cannot code, and the coder that had given me the blueprint for those ships had left. So I turned them into non interactable. I wish it were different.
I found the the sea at the new area created by you didn't has any water, and I see the fishes are flying in the air. Do I make any mistakes, or it means your mods is not competed so I need wating?

I use "Tier 4 Followers - Medium Increased Spawn" for solo-play and so far I have yet to find a single named thrall there compared to everywhere else. :'(
If you want it different, then admin spawn your own population in that town or hand it to players
