The Polish tree is really fun and extensive, but it has many issues:
1. AWFUL grammar in descriptions
2. the election decisions dont disappear after election, and you keep getting pop ups that other parties get stronger unable to do anything
3. after SLD wins, the decisions to fight corruption and strengthen power simply disappear after 1 use and its impossible to progress without cheats
4. not only grammar, but also sentence structure is very bad in focus descriptions.

one of the stupidest description is for "project: kopernik" focus, which description says that Kopernik "discovered that earth was round".
no he didn't, he discovered (or rather proved) that earth orbited around the sun.

@Negev They are unlocked through the presidential election followed by decisions, see the path guide for russia at the start of the game.
