can you do a tk mod that adds a lore of vampires liche priest? at least to arkhan

Hey man, just wondering, does this mod itself add lores of magic to the vampires? Or is it another mod that does so?

I will update in January of 2021. Some things in my mods literally broke, so it will take more than a simple update.
