I hope to revisit this mod again. Ultimately, I want to overhaul how crates are created to be more dynamic/less static. Maybe I can update as is for now and come back to it. But I'd need a week or so.

Yes. But it's tough to give a timeline right now. Irl has been busy and I'd like to overhaul some areas of the mod to make it better and more optimised.

It seems Real Faction Guest is having an issue with generating factions from this mod. I tried removing everything related to the Drug Mules to see if that was it, but the issue persists. I don't have much more time to test right now.

It may come down to that mod needing to add an exception in their Pawn Generation patch. I'm pretty busy for the next few days. So, I won't have much more time to look into this until next week.

Are custom Drugs already in the Caravan stock and what-not, by virtue of being Drugs (as it happens in the Vanilla rendition)?

Yes, other drugs can be patched in,

For drug mules, you'll need the pack recipes (pack/unpack), surgery recipes (add/remove), and the hediffs related to them.

For crates, you use cost list to determine how many drugs are returned when deconstructed. And the market value is generally a 20% discount, iirc.

Drug packs can be made at the crafting spot or drug lab. Then perform the surgery to "stuff abdomen with Smokeleaf." Requires 1 drug pack and 2 medicine.

Hey so, this is a really cool mod and I like it, but all the cartels are showing up CONSTANTLY.

I'm getting like, two a day.

I'm, guessing this is probably a mod conflict, but, maybe you could impliment a "how often they show up" slider?

Also, I assume that you are going to implement the right required Memes and such to ensure you don't get something silly like them prohibiting the use of Drugs, right? You can force Memes to be taken by a Faction, forbid Memes from the same, and forbid Precepts. You can't require a Precept except by banning every option that you don't want.

Oh, this is INSANELY clever. Does it work with Drugs from Mods, too? Can I sell them custom Drugs, even ones from obscure Mods? Do the Traders accept anything classed as a Drug?

The DEA raid is a random event like any other. It is not directly tied to your possession of drugs.

Attention: I will absolutely be updating all my mods to 1.3. I want to take the time to look at the new code first in order to make sure the code changes are implemented correctly for the new version, as well as make any balance changes, and to implement any relevant new features into my mods,

The upcoming week is going to be busy for me already as the busy season for my real job is just beginning and goes pretty heavy through the fall and holiday season. But I will try to find the time as soon as I am able. My goal is to have all my mods ready for the official release in a couple weeks.

note I will be maintaining support for 1.2 after the update to 1.3 but I a have already moved on from 1.1 or older, so, those versions will not be maintained unless they are naturally compatible.

hmmm...If I understand right, a raid happened, the raiders were drug mules, They passed out and you took their loot :bbtraccoon:

Or a raid and a a trader showed up at the same time maybe?

I've never used Rim of War, so not sure what kind of interaction they would have.

Some raiders came, i use rim of war btw. They came and it was a drug mule, a friendly faction man, they were all drug mules and had 500's of silver, like 10 stacks and a ton of gun crates. Bro im so confused my game just started

Added Drug Mules. You can buy them from the cartels. They have had drugs surgically implanted in their stomachs which you can remove and unpack. You have a limited time to remove them as the longer they are in the body the chance they will rupture increases causing significant chemical damage to the organs.

Bonus, if they survive the surgery, you get a free slave!

Yes, you can stuff your own pawns with drugs if you wish. It will increase the value of said pawn if you wish to sell them.

Also, I uploaded about half of Rimmu-nation gun crates.

hi thats cool too - i think another person made just weapons for the TFTD xcom game (the original microprose one) - maybe theres some way to colab etc
