Mlie you do wondrous work, and I am surprised by all the many DOZENS of mods you maintain and provide for us. With your work being offered for Free......did I get the complainers attention, do they understand the errors of their ways?
If not, their lose, if so, glad to inform them of the many great wonders of Mlie!

If you think people coming here to read that PDF makes sense, instead of having that info available in the game, where there is an empty place for "DESCRIPTION" for each of these items, by all means, don't do it.
It's a few copy and paste, as you have them in the PDF already. But if you don't want to make that on your mod... then ignore the suggestion.

From the pdf:
Wood ash can be thrown from buckets (made at either the Apothecary table or a crafting spot) onto tree growing areas and blighted plants. They will improve the growth rate slightly for trees and remove blight.
But I can't spot any difference in growth rate. Maybe hasn't been implemented.
I don't see any change after i'm use it but the game let me craft it.
So, I'd propose the following changes: scar cream only works on external scars. It can't heal scars on the brain or heart or liver, because that's silly. Instead of completely healing the scar, it decreases the severity of the scar (e.g., from aching to itchy). If it reaches minimum severity, then the scar should be removed. Probably needs to have the frequency of the effect turned down, too. Healing multiple scars in a single application should be very uncommon, and there should be a decent chance of nothing happening during a given application.
I think I found a little problem.

I need 5 Nettle leaves to make enough powder for one tea and each plant brings a harvest of 2.
Thats unuseably crazy.
I made 400 powder just before (reserach reinvented prototype)
and i expected that to last for the better part of a year seeing as it was an entire harvest.
Its just gone within a single day.
Since the powder is used in more potent stuff later i understand the ratio
but going to make the tea 5 times cheaper to see if thats better.
Ive added some of the more relevant drugs as drugs and socially consumable. Most are really just for medicinal use and have no real drug-related effects to be desired.
is it possible to make the teas, elixiers and salts count for the "DrugDesire" traits?

In dev mode(god mode),i finished all research.
i can't make AYAbsintheMash in any bench(cooking,brewing,Apothecary bench)
I can add mash and absinthe by dev mode and there are no recipe in bills.
