Question how does this mod with immortal characters? Like if one character revives because they are deathless does the other come back to life too?

do they share blood gene traits; such as ageless, or do one die from old age and then the ageless char dies?
just thinking it would be awesome if such traits where carried over, as if one is ageless/reverse to youth, so should the other become ^^

this mod idea is very cool ! i share the same suggestion from Luneyl, death is enough for a pact being undone, this way we add a new mechanic like if u want to undo a pact u will need to kill both and ressurect them (witch is costly) maybe expanding the mod to having a only way of ressurecting that is veryyy cost or something like that i tought of a undo pact that put them in coma for 1-year hmm

Though I wonder why the damage is so high? It's just removing a body part. The same thing that can happen in combat. What's even more strange is that the damage is so high for removing just one eye (which is when it was happening).

@Caz Should be fixed now, any damage received during mutilation rituals should no longer be shared.
For some reason the damage-received during mutilations are massive so the other pawn died from it resulting in the first pawn dying as well :)

I love this mod. But I ran into a problem. When performing the blinding ritual, it kills the pawn (and their bonded, of course). When I disabled this mod, the ritual went fine.

I'll gladly still be using this for saves that don't have the blindsight meme, though.

I know its a longshot but on the topic. If you remove the soul/mind of the person, I feel like the blood pact should stay on the body and not travel with the mind,

But when pawn with blood pact got resurrected and sees his dead bonded friend near him, it is not logical to have "Long distance blood pact" mood... Pact should work forever, till death, yes, but in Rimworld you can cheat death. I think dying is enough payment to undo that pact :D

@Luneyl Fixed the description typo.
Regarding removing on death, according to the description: "permanent. Once done, it can't be undone."
I assume the original author wanted it to be a permanent decision.

Also, is it possible to remove blood pact on death? Because if you resurrect only one pawn it would have permanent "Long distance blood pact" mood debuff.

- Best case, they love each other: 30% of damage to the original target, 30% shared. Yup, that means 60% of every attack is ignored.

You mean 40% of every attack is ignored? 100 - (30+30) = 40

@Krazyfan1 I assume so, they should be able to check for the hediff in their ressurection-code and ressurect the other pawn as well. Never played with that mod so Im not sure how it works.

@Krazyfan1 Yea I dont think those things are supposed to work. This mod is just a health-bond between normal pawns it seems from the code.

it also seems as though the regeneration doesn't really carry over, with the Apex immortal not really regenerating that much either

There seems to be an issue with the Android Tiers mod.

an Equium colonist has a bond with a TX4 android.
but sometimes the damage doesnt transfer over, and if it does, the android doesnt say what the damage is, it just says Blood Pact Equium on the damaged area
