Is this supposed to be on certain planets? I spawned in my normal spot of TItan, and got the default moon rover for some odd reason.

No, it's a 100% vanilla respawn rower.

I'm afraid you can always only add one Startvehicle mod (except they only replace one specific vehicle that is not replaced by any other mod). There are only 3 different kinds of Startvehicles, that can be replaced: Space, Moon and Planet. This mod replaced Planet with the Rover and disables Moon and Space Spawns.

Do you have any other mods installed? Everything works as intended here: Only the space suite and earth respawn with the rover is available for me.

that's what i am saying your respawn rover doesnt show up in the respawn list even when its activated as mod since the new respawn pods have taken over by keensoftware housse

You have to add this Mod to your World. Then you should be able to simply make a Blueprint of it after respawning in it. I don't have that exact blueprint anymore, sorry.

This vehicle is a work of art. It is fast, stable, and tough. Everything needed for a new spawn on a hostile world. I have used it on multiple spawns with excellent success.
