I too have a significantly improved version of this that I use privately
I think your both of your additions are good

I can make a suggestion to will add a large custom photograph in the decisions for purchasing weapons that adds alot of cosmetic flavour

Here's how
Interface text:

This adds some very nice cosmetic flavour ive yet to see in any mod so far try it out

@Alav.n, I wanted to do the same things, but its too OP in my opinion. I'll add more options little by little, but first I need to think how to make it less OP, so it'll not be unfunny to play.

@ƏBƏLFƏZL @Kami I am actually surprise to see another modder used the code of "Purchase Weapons" mod lol because I did exactly the same, but I add every single equipment in the game purchasable and remove the limit of having at least 150 pp first before purchasing, so it can play with Kaiserreich. Also, I added decision to buy civs, mils, dockyards, building slots, even hiring mercenary, freelance spies lol.

Because of Kami, I actually want to upload my verison to workshop, may I have your permission? I will credit you of course, ƏBƏLFƏZL :)

PP is a bullshit currency. If you make it lower you'll be OP easily. This mod is more like a nice bonus from unused PP.

Besides, I have tested with Albania. This country has one civ factory and a 10% bonus for construction. I did not make any focuses and got 1081 PP in the time I had only 25% complete on my first civ factory. That means if I would use focuses, I could get 1080 PP on the time I have 50% on my first civilian factory. I bought one civ factory with 1080 PP (when I had 25%) and tested how much time it'll take me to get 1080 PP again. On 75%, I got second time 1080 PP and bought already two civ factories with PP before I build one by myself. When I completed building my first civ factory, I had more 351 PP.

I have done some testing, and I'll change the code a little, so maybe it'll be a little bit more friendly and still not op.

1000 pp I think is too much for a civ
