For what it is worth - I have spoken to Valve a few weeks ago... they said they'd be on it. I'm not sure if it'll happen at this point if it hasn't already. It's beyond my control unfortunately, the files are all in their hands. You could pop onto the official dev forums and comment there, it's likely to be seen. Cheers.

have they updated the everlasting array kinetic gem effect now? if you proct skill light strike array. can you see the phoenix coming from the ground after the skill?

nice set, but the hair equiped ingame is not as nice as in the loadscreen.
and hopefully the LSA effect get fixed soon <3

Hello all. At this time Lina's custom LSA animation and effect are not implemented in the game. They have been submitted, and she does have a kinetic gem - it's just not active right now. I'm sure Valve is very busy with Ti4 at the moment and it is likely to be implemented after it is over. Thanks for your patience! Cheers :)

It's a good set that needs a bit of tweaking, particularly on the hairstyle and neck/scarf.
The hair needs a bit of Volume / Width seen on the loading screen, also the Scarf looks a bit too flat on the shoulder area and need a bit more "cloth", check the deadly nightshade set for Templar Assassin and you'll see what I mean.
There is a certain appeal to scarves in DotA2, like the Master Assasssin Tails of Bounty hunter so this one might be a keeper.
