@ Jirdan: You mean its availability?

Right now at least, it's obtainable by buying its respective Economy Card at the International. The fact that the approval messages for the pieces mention two versions of the set hopefully hints that there will be a standard version of the set soon, after all.

As for juggernaut, he's already got a war banner, and that's probably because the Japanese military used a similar system of banners for communication. Also, on an entirely lore based level, we wanted to portray a sense of camaraderie between Juggernaut and Ember Spirit (that's Jugg's ward symbol on his chest armor! here have a silly render of it [31.media.tumblr.com]) because they both do wicked awesome slashy stuff, and also we like juggernaut a whole lot.

Heyo! Thanks for your comment. We tried really hard not to confuse Japanese and Chinese culture for this set (because cultural appropriation isn't cool yo), so we checked and double checked on the war banner.
Heres a wiki page (totally not sound proof, I know, but the most simple thing to link) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight_Banners and you can see an 18th century Chinese painting with 'war banners' shaped and coloured very similarly to our set's banner.

I love this set, (and correct me if I'm wrong) but isn't the flag more of a japanese thing rather than chinese? Might be more suitable for Juggernaut.
