This mod basicaly soft-lagged my game. To unlock multianalysers you have to unlock this technology. Which requires multianalysers. Broken circle (

@konstantinmerser it may have something to do with you still playing 1.3 which by now is starting to be an ancient and abandoned update by modders despite it only being 1 update ago. Consider updating to 1.4 instead.

I playing RW on 1.3 with mod-pack HARDCORE SK and... The weapons and the mechanoids themselves are abcolutely useless? i dunno how to fix that. pls help

for anyone that wants to have these mechanoids for your colony well your in luck. with a mod called Reinforced Mechanoid 2, there is a building in that mod that lets you hack mechanoids and these mechanoids are luckily hackable with the building in that mod

Is there by chance a version of this mod with just the humanoid mechs?

I've been trying to find a mod that replaces the existing mechanoids (dislike the core design) with a more humanoid variant, the ones in this mod seem pretty cool. Though has much more too the mod than the humanoid mechanoids.

@[2nd-AD] Xytal Riz, I don't think it works with the Mechanoid Foundry anymore. There's loads of bugs now that the other mod has not been updated in quite a while.

@Tequinn Use the mod Mechanoid Foundry, lets you build mechs from this mod and others, and then your mechanitor can command them.

No. I don't have biotech as I don't really play the game all that much. So as a result can't really use any of its features/mechanics

Everything is produced in salvage bench once "Advanced system salvaging" tech is unlocked.

The 1.3 Version is currently bugged. Its missing its sounds and texture folders in the 1.3 folder.
Just copy em over from 1.4 to fix it

@Renegade, wait for proper update. I would recommend abstaining from playing with large mod lists for a week or two (or maybe a whole month) until the modders will adapt to the changes brought with the recent update.

is there any plans to give them a custom building process that uses the special type of metal that they are made of?

They aren't meant to be built or grown since they're not man-made like regular mechs. Lore wise they are made from metal that can reshape itself to adapt to different kinds of damage(living metal essentially) and in the event of destruction/disabling self terminate and permanently reshape into something generic - steel and plasteel parts in this case. So in short, I don't intend to make them buildable using biotech and foundry already allows for their construction.

@ravvy wouldnt it be simpler to build a mechanoid instead of growing it which would result in a more complex mechanoid or is the lore for your mechanoids have something else?

i wouldn't advise using mechanoid foundry with biotech cause people have been reporting some nasty issues with the DLC and the mod installed

No, they are of entirely different origin compared to vanilla ones lore wise and would require much more complex procedures to manufacture. Also that would require for me to get dlc in order to test it and I dont really play the game so it isnt worth it for me.
