Report a translation problem
- message bubbles are not rendered on invisible pawns anymore
- channel name field should be visble now

As a first time user of this mod, it makes it impossible to function. I've tried numerous ways but still nothing

just one issue:
when I tried to connect the mod AFTER your update for the first time in 1.5 the field for the channel name was not available at all (even today). I had to downgrade to 1.4 to be able to fill in the channel details and then test the connection and use it successfully in both 1.4 & 1.5
not sure if that is just a single issue, but thought it better to give you a heads up. if needed, I have a screenshot.
Also it's great as a streamer when inactive names get picked for another reason, it encourages lurkers to talk! If you'd consider it as an option, I know I'd definitely use it.
Worth noting: unless you change default settings, it'll just start naming wildlife after chatters... so you may need to check your wildlife tab to find them.
Great mod! It was so fun to use! Thank you so much, Heye!
I instaled this mod + Harmony mod (pre-req.). Launched game during streaming, generated bot chat token (access token), copied, entered my name and tried to connect. After few attempts and restart game, it wrote connected, so I tried to name my pawns, or connect already named with existing name in my chat, but nothing happens, no new names, no chat bubbles (everything allowed). After try again to generate new token and connect, it didn't connect after several attempts.
Don't know, what else I can do. Mister autor?
- the IRC connection to twitch is working correctly with just the auth token right now. When this changes it will be updated
- The list size could be exposed in the settings, but if it is too large inactive users will be assigned. The goal from my pov is that active users should be preffered, so the list size should be relatively small
- randomizing over all twitch chat will assign to inactive users, which is not really desirable in most cases
- underscores in names are blocked by the rimworld UI afaik. Sorry
I'll see which settings/changes I can put into the next update!
now one needs both the Auth Token and a Client Token
this mod only provides the option to enter the Auth Token
until this mod is updated to account for that it doesnt seem possible for it to work (and when i tried earlier today i failed to get it to work)
I think it's cool, but can you also make a setting just for colonists?
Making bubbles larger is a nice idea, I will see if I can add this.
If DLive has an IRC Chat it might work, but probably not.
I sent an additional friend discord :D
name is 소라#4229
- !stats command -> post colony wealth and age to chat (can be disabled in settings)
- speech command -> only show messages with command (default not enabled)
- user blacklist -> ignore messages e.g. from your bots (nightbot, etc)
- added link to token generator directly in the mods settings
Also for anyone else using this, if you want to manually link a user with '_' in the name, there is a workaround.
You can go into the game save file (save+exit first), look for the pawn's current name with ctrl+f, change their first name to "Twitch", nickname to their name and surname to #theirname. So if I wanted to link a character to sherbet_aurora, it would be 1st name Twitch, 2nd name sherbet_aurora, 3rd name #sherbet_aurora. Restart your game, ensure chat is connected, and you're golden
I read it 4 times through the translator and tried to connect it 7 times-it doesn't work, or the instruction is made with one hand on the crooked knee of my grandfather
