how do i make him talk? in the animations for the mouth theres only jaw drop and stuff like that, nothing for making it look like hes talking

after porting my model and texture onto blender, I stumbled upon a problem that is the hair texture being quite blocky. what should one do to transfer the crisp and transparent hair of an sfm model to blender without stumbling onto this issue?
