There's no CE/1.5 directory, so there was never any CE patch for 1.5.
It is as though the game doesn't see them as armor. I can't put them on armor racks and the armor pieces are not being hauler to my armor storage.
For film and television works, the helmet inside clearly has night vision function. Of course, the value is up to you.
