Story is I made the Dogfighter multiclass and updated the textures and submitted it to Valve and they never made the update official. : /
Only two reasons I can think of they haven't... One is that they just don't know about the update as I have sent a couple messages to them in the past and they have gone unanswered... Or secondly which may be more likely is that they didn't like the pandora's box they opened with multiclass updates on cosmetics and I got my update in after they stopped doing it... I don't blame them as they were making a ton of items multiclass that was obscuring stuff like team colors and whatnot.
But yeah sorry... I got another Engie Leather jacket that's going to come out soonish and I was thinking I might make a slide informing Valve I got the Dogfighter been updated.
We should take advantage of the fact that they're releasing Season 2, and the hype is back.
I'm having a growing suspicion it's not going to happen...
I've made the update and sent it to valve and haven't heard anything from them... So Who knows? Yeah I really want it to happen... Not only because of the multiclassing but also because the update did a tone of Much needed touch ups on the textured of the original.

Unfortunately usually when an item makes it in the game that is usually it. Valve rarely patches items unless they made them or they are directly ruining gameplay (or if the Creator is really close with someone in Valve) ... With that said in theory I could make a mod with those changes but I am currently very busy.
I have however made a texture mod that looks much better than the original (HIdef) and has the pinups. You may want to check that out. ^_^

Its a really nice engy Jacket, i wish i had it for my Engy :)
So to answer your question, no we aren't planning on any future updates past a slight texture tweek that hopefully will be in the next update... Actually it took quite a bit to get a hold of someone at valve to update THAT. Valve has a habit of not updating workshop items the the creators have modified after the fact. You pretty much need to know a guy in Valve to get them to sneak it in an update.
