So i was doing some testing, i noticed that losing a liver leads to Acute liver failure but losing a stomach doesn't trigger intestinal failure. To trigger intestinal failure the pawn needs to be missing both liver and a stomach. Is this intended?

Big bug out of this mod seems to be in extreme cases where juiced up or just random pawns die they enter a deathless state and can't heal but continue to fight or interact even with the loss of limbs that should prevent movement and interaction and even heads and organs.

Happens a lot with animals being set to slaughter and they cut the neck but the animal does not die and instead gets brain damage from neck damage.

Would it be possible to add emergency medical assistance module such as ventilator (oxygen deprivation) , blood pumps (heart failure), dialysis machines (liver/ kidney failure) ect. That links up to medical beds?

Currently the mod only allow to have enough time for one to use a mech healing serum but no more

Dunno if the original author is still working on the mod to post the suggestion there

It does affects enemies, and the instant death thing is a vanilla feature. Try Custom Death Randomness like ddDA said.

I suspect that the "bleed rate set twice" comes from here.

It's simply that the dev forgot to remove the source folder when uploading the mod, which means you have the source code included with the mod.

1. it works but fairley buggy.
2.the lack of response from this guy is a bit strange but not that worry some.
3.the sudden 5Mb added to it is supisuios AF

I would be like the guy who took 8K subs(now 13K) to mean that this works, but the original mod has nearly 56K. People say this mod doesnt work and is massive in file size- I'd warn anybody here to not subscribe to this mod personally.

Definitely doesn't appear to be working, so far, as most of the pawns seem to still die instantly.
Also doesn't appear to have a mod settings menu.
