Was about to say that. I hope that author would fix this eventually.

Animation for NVG look really immersive, but the same animation plays when using any night vision or thermal sight (particularty when exiting the aiming mode, you can see the hand flapping around).

Mod has great concept and potential, however, I would be really greatful if you'd took time to adress issues I and other users are pointing out in the comments.

absouletly love it what scenario were you running in the background i swear ive played it but it was a long time ago and i no longer have the scenario downloaded

unfortunately this mod will start animations, if using launchers that have NV or thermal vision. It's just a bunch of bugs... I hope one day the author will fix the errors, but for now it cannot be used

@goobin There is a way to avoid the issue of missing animation, by disabling NVG on / off ability, if the weapon is aimed. Could you do that?

@goobin Where are you? I hope your mod is not dead. unfortunately it does not looks finished. Sometimes, when the weapon is aimed, the animation does not work! It looks silly if turning on the device requires raising your hand, not always. You can't make it work forever? A small delay is also needed before the night vision turns on, but now it turns out that NVG turns on before the hand goes up. If you can implement these details, then I think this mod will be smoot.! Cheers!

Cool mod ever think about making a mod which allows you to use the goggles on the helmets on the RHS and CUP mods?

REQUEST: Addon reupload

Hello,
I would like to use your addons and reupload it into one of our „private" addons (private addon is pack of various mods with bisign keys problems on linux servers - for use only in Arma 3 for my clan and/or in joint operations with our friends). Of course with propper links to original mods and thanks to the author.

BTW: Great job mate, can't wait to use it in multiplayer env. Thanks [AFTP]Golas :)

I believe I also saw my buddy use the animation while looking through Laser Designator to turn on NVG. IDK if ACE breaks it or something?

The mod works but the NODs take like 3 seconds to actually flip down. Not sure if its the addons we use or something (CUP + RHS)?

Hi @JoMiMi, you are right, many people have asked this question however I have answered this many times on the GGE Mods Discord though I understand you may not have seen it.

For other players to see the animations ALL players must have the mod installed.

@Viper Sounds like there might be some sort of conflict between mods you are using because all of my GGE mods work in multiplayer.

My unit is experienced a severe (unplayable) delay in using NVG with this mod. We run on a dedicated MP server.

Thank you for this mod. This should've been done by Bohemia Interactive since they've added NVGs. Good luck with other animations, I'm looking forward to seeing them uploaded :) .

I should also point out that the animation looks kinda weird at FOV 90, but I guess that's to be expected.

The animation will play when using scopes which have integrated NVGs/Thermals. Might want to fix that.

@Inferno | M.D.F The animation plays using any thermal sight when on foot. It also happens when using the thermal view of the range finder.

The animation plays when using Thermals on AT/AA Launchers like the RHS Javelin, I assume this is a bug?

Big ask, but any plans to upload all of your immersion mods in one pack? For dedicated servers we can run 16 required mods at maximum (Suggested mods don't count here) and it'd be nice for the space in our command line.
