would I be allowed to use these in an NPC mod?

I've made the Fleet Rankings v2 , where your fleet has been ranked on 36th place. Currently it simply ranks fleets based on average blueprint subscriber amount, but it could do so much more. I appreciate your work as fleet creator, and welcome you to join the discussion in comments here on what criteria would identify a great fleet.

Hey, love the builds. But I'd LOVE to see you utilise the Plane Parts and Atmospheric Drag mods to make the planes more realistic, I'd especially love to see the Gloster Meteor made out of the two mods.
Anyways, keep doing what you do best!
