Some diagnoses from this mod have incomplete text, showing text file names instead of the disease. I also noticed that patients hospitalised in this department often tend to get neglected by the department surgeons, leading to them being in the hospital for days on end.

Hi, this is probably my favourite mod from all the departments. However, why can I not use the ICU anaesthesiologists for surgeries like I can in the other departments and other mods? Can this be fixed somehow? I don’t like having too many anesthesiologists in one department and usually utilise the ICU ones for most surgeries.

That explains why it never happened to me. I never use prefabs. I like doing things myself. Good job finding it, and I recall that you suspected it as an issue several comments ago.

@Bob It seems that the lounge prefab seems to be causing the issue, I removed it and with some testing, everything works perfectly normal.

Just curious... being that this issue didn't effect everyone, what did you identify it as.? I am glad that everyone else can enjoy now.

Well, as I stated a while back, I have this Mod, and all DLC's active, and I simply can't recreate this issue. I'm also in Sandbox.

The only time I get this issue, is when I introduce any Decoration Mod from Raistlin46. So I dumped all of them.

@PolioQB By this point I still don't know what is causing it. I can't seem to recreate the issue, I have all DLCs, but I don't know if its causing issues. Do any of you have Doctor Mode? I need to know just to gather some info

Hi @James, I have the same problem with @DungeonsAndWagons @avgordon97 but I don't have any paid DLC. I just tried to unsubscribe everything and use ENT in a new Sandbox but the issue is still there (cannot place foundations, use scroll wheel to zoom in and out, etc.).

Oh, thank you. Seems I didn't update my hospital layout for too lond and missed changes mod updates had. I've managed to find out vocal fatigue with Evaluation. Seems that It's a question for the devs to show all tests that can reveal the symptom not the firs one.

@ProHolmes, you need a Endoscopy Room for that exam, to find out what technician you need, hover over the icon of the room. I can't really fix the problem with the hiring, because that's how the devs made it work. For the Vocal fatigue issue, I'll take a look

@everyone , try and unsubscribe everything (and try and put them in a collection so you can remember) and just use ENT in a new Sandbox game. Does the issue still occur?

Prefabs are a part of the game I never checked, because I never use them. They cost more than the rooms I can create, and put stuff I don't want in them. So that may be the problem, and why I don't have issues.

I really wonder is this issue is from my mod. If yes, is it because of the new prefabs or the new rooms?

There is somethings that don't have much info on. But either way, this bug occurred right after i finish updating the mod, which is a bit suspicious. Meanwhile, I'll be fixing More Events.

It's certainly puzzling why a few have the issue, and the majority of your subscribers don't, or they're just not saying anything. I'm wondering if when they unsub from other Mods, are they also deleting them from the hard-drive as well?

Problematic Mods have a habit of leaving traces behind, so it's become a habit for me to kill all signs of a Mod. Then I do a clean game, and test the results. It's time consuming, I know, but like I said in a previous post "I painstakingly" tested this.
