Ships are created by loading OOB files (order of battle). You can find these files in history\units\ folder. I didn't make one for Albania, so you will have to create one yourself and put it in your history\units\. If you're not sure, take a look at some of my files. Then, you can load OOB from events or decisions by using "load_oob" command.

Quick and easy way to get an event is to modify "TestEvents.txt" file. Add load_oob to the first event, in your case it should look like this:

Hi great mod, just wanted to know if there is any way to use the spawning mechanic for another country like say Albania (just an example). Is there an event I need to type in or something to enable the decision?

I will definitely look into Germany problem. Mod has to be updated anyway for new DLC patch.
It used to be that AI would cancel any capital ship even if 99% complete. But as you can see, Paradox is constantly updating the game's AI. Maybe this mod is no longer needed.

The German AI finishes building Scharnhorst and Gneisenau, and does the decisions for building them. So it builds 4 Scharnhorst classes, 2 of which are named Bismarck and Tirpitz. I can easily fix this by tag switching to Germany at the start of the game and cancelling Scharnhorst and Gneisenau production but it would be nice if this was fixed. Love this mod, hope you continue to update it.

I do hope that you continue this mod. I would love to see the possible Montana Class of US battleships. I know that Japan, United States, Great Britain, and Germany all had plans for super battleships.

If you're talking about NRM2 then I do have a version of this mod that is compatible.

It may be a bit outdated, but could still work with NRM2.

You're right, RN is correct. Inside the mod is also using RN prefix, so it was just the steam description. I'm just gonna leave it like it is :)

Other ships that should be added include:
IJN Shinano (as a battleship)
2 other Yamato-class Battleships
HMS Vanguard
Lion-class battleships (6)
Sovetsky Soyuz-class battleships for Soviet Union (3) (15 originally planned)
And aircraft carriers for another mod
