Hello KillerJim. I really hope you see this. I have a request that I am really hoping you are able to do. Would you be able to upload this map onto the mod section of Contractors VR? Seems like pavlov is having issues with custom zombies maps now, and I have recently started playing cod zombies on contractors on my Quest 2. Currently there are community made maps like verruckt, five and kino, but I would absolutely LOVE origins on there with all the features you added into this map. Thanks!

not coming up even though subscribed, was fav thing to play in vr, is there a fix?

When I’m in the modded map section, I put in killer Jim’s nothing comes up And there’s like 1 million maps and I scroll through them and it’s making me nauseous because for some reason my quest three and my PC it’s still fucking a little bit laggy because I have another problem. I think my steam VR is stuck at 72 frames

And I can’t find it in game to even subscribe to it in game

I’ve subscribed on my phone and my PC and still when I log into the game it’s not there

There no changes in Legacy mode, Pavlov is probably fubar..

I am subscribed to the Origins map but it never popped up on the new update. So I tried switching back to the Legacy Beta to see, but still no luck. AM I missing something?

weapons don't damage

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but the Pack-a-Punch machine just eats my weapon and doesn't spit it back out. I've tried twice now, same result.

I have greatly enjoyed this map so far. It looks fantastic and brings me back when origins was new and fresh. I have a bug report for getting a staff part. When going for the the lighting part in church, there is a bug there. When you get the part and jump off, you get stuck in a barrier that you can't escape unless you die. Felt it's important to know and it happened to me twice when doing this. I want to use the lightning staff but can't yet until that is fixed. Thank you for all the hard work you do and have done.

add parity update and it would very well be the best creation to ever come to mankind

could you get rid of the test thing on the arm? if so that would be super cool

Honestly, it needs way more polish, the hit detection is god awful, and the panzersoldats almost never know how to get into certain areas and when they do catch you it's an instant kill, use the parity update.

Gotta say…I’ve played this so many times now and it’s gotta be my favorite VR CoD Zombies map. Feel dumb asking this but it’s all bo2 guns like OG origins correct? Usually I snag my staffs and my Galil and get to rockin 😅

Is there a way to open up that menu to increase damage even more, Or am I relegated to the 30 second timer to raise it as quickly as I can? This is such an amazing port, but without a doubt one of the most difficult challenges I've ever encountered. The pain, struggle and endurance of making it to round 10 is equivalent to that of being a WWII soldier storming normandy beach in 1945.

When i use the mystery box it does not let me take my weapon

pt 2 i would love to play it with real weapons another bug is the generators I've seen videos of people turning them on how ever none of them would turn on for me they generator zombie portals are also glitched early and you can see them before starting the generators but everything i have interacted with seems to be working fine so far ill play more with grenades to see other stuff but for now, Jim you are a legend and this is a very outstanding map keep up the work hope the bugs are fixed some time soon but I understand the hard work that goes into this project so really anytime would be great take care and have a good one!

pt 1 hey Jim i have been playing your map recently and I thank you for the hard work you have put into it as being a black ops 2 fan origins was my favorite map of all times i notice a couple bugs here and there like unkillable zombies the zombies would be invincible to an weapon in the game hoe ever i did manage to get around this and explore the map by gathering the zombies in one place and using grenades because thats the only thing that will kill them and through the first door you can buy grenades there so you can make it to no mans land for sure but im hoping someday the zombie bug would be fixed!

Lazy? It took 9+ months of complex work, probably >1000 hours to make Origins.. I couldn't do the staff upgrades as it would be another 200+ hours i didn't have

i understand not doing the complex easter egg but no staff upgrades is just straight up lazy

you're not paying and he's not getting paid to do this. Be glad this exists at all and stop focusing on the few things that are missing

would be nice to have all the origins elements like maxis drone shied thunder fist upgrading the staffs in vr the part of the things that made origins if the og origins bo2 would look at and say im better and i would agree so many things when i walk in origins dont feel right like not get a reward for doing gen 1 in solo u get a double points muti u get zombie blood feels so unfinished would be amazing to throw a g strike in vr but no thats missing too

so i noticed this in when playing when i take the tank to get the final part for lightning to church the part to get off the ledge every time i go off to go back on the ground i can can t cuz my player model merges with the ledge and my character is stuck i have to 1 either get a zombie to kill me and unstuck me or a player kill me to unstuck me it a real problem getting stuck every time u do lighting ur player model gets stuck wondering if u can work on a fix for this of make jumping in the map a thing pls and ty

How do we disable the dev console? It's hard to aim when it's blocking your view

This is amazing, it's so fun. I love it. It honestly feels so weird to see it all in VR, I almost had a spew, to be honest. It's an honest shame that you can't add everything from the base game. But I love the effort so much.

Is there a way to disable the dev console that appears on your left hand? It makes it hard to aim.

Every time I try to host a server for this map in multiplayer i can't connect. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Honestly got Pavlov VR and started VR in general with hopes for something like this, and needless to say...its breathtaking! The sounds are 1 to 1 with the game. And its a high quality rendition not a blocky mess of the same layout. Also being VR you makes you unlearn what you know about console. This world is far from flat. No round 1 generator for this guy hahaha. Is their a discord or something to see if your updating the map? Also is their a way to move the big pop up over left hand? Anyway... KillerJim you murdered this map.

Love the map, everything is incredible. Got two of the staves, but I couldn't figure out how to reload them. Every time I tried to put the crystal in the slot, it would just drop out. Any ideas?

I picked up a weapon, my game crashed.
I look at a single 115 rock, my game crashed.
I tried to knife a zombie, the first time it didnt work THEN it crashed my game.

I've had a bunch of problems with PAP in the last few days. I read a bunch of comments on this page and it seems like I may have been getting unlucky. I've tried to pack a punch four guns in the past two days and each time my gun has been taken so I was thinking it's bugged and won't work. But in the comments it seems like I might just be unlucky in that sometimes it gives your gun back and sometimes it doesn't. Is that right?

Also wanted to let you know that when I tried pack a punching my first time (all the generators were on), I was placing my gun in the machine at many different angles and had 5k points but nothing would happen. Then the generators got raided later, and I went back to try and PAP again and this time with the machine being broken is when it actually took my gun but didn't spit anything back out.

I'm gonna keep trying to PAP because I want it to give me a PAP gun back one of these times lol!
