Ill do some scouting. Ive found a military base that looooks doable. with 2 squads, an MG and some lights. I should be able to do that, and run away before too much else arrives or if my bike gets threatend

Ah, also you will meet at least one patrol vehicle on the road to Abdera - or driving south, if you choose to proceed to Agios Dyonisis.

Yeeeeer but Knowing me right using Zeus will be too tempting! Ill just have to gather up a bunch of plucky lads from Oreokastro, and see if the MG on the Motorcycle cant give us some way

Oh well guess I will have to provoke a truck/car or so on on my own. Cause that newer showed up (though I might remember it doing so last time) and since I cant steal civi vehicles im just going to have to use the motorcycle I nicked to make friends

If you hide somewhere and don't monitor the road, you can miss them, of course. Patrol vehicle may meet some heavy resistance, and evacuate. The truck returns to its base after unloading infantry.

At least you'll meet the patrol vehicle (R75, Kubelwagen or even a wheeled APC, depending on difficulty), and one truck with infantry.
Also there could be some reinforcements, if the battle takes too many time, and Germans have an ability to call reinforcements by radio.

Ohoh? There were no vehic after that initial battle. I found a Sidecar bike in the forest later. but yer, me doing something wrong is almost 100% at any given moment

Oh the flags are always there? Well in that case I should just have studied the map closer. But thank you for being understanding. WW2 themed overthrow is pretty close to peak, even if it sometimes means a slow ass bike ride or two

FFI agent is the guy in the castle, from whome you took rifles and bicycles.

The flags are always shown, so there should be not so big problem to find them.
The soviet agent - small peninsula not so far from Abdera, north-west.
The american agent - north-east from Abdera airstrip, on the shore.
The british agent - on the island at the bay, don't remember the exact name. There is a boat just north from Katalaki naval base, you can use it to get to him for the first time.

I didn't write it down and now I cant retrigger the conversation. Is there any way for me to "relearn" were the various outsider agents are? I rememberd the USSR from last I played but french and UK i dont know

The four weapon mods I was thinking were made by OSS Div. 9. There was Kalashinkovs Prototype SMG, Carcano Rifles & Carbines, and European Rarities. All each separate mods and only requiring CBA3. The fourth one I had in mind was Coldwar Prototypes by OSS Div.9 since your lore for Overthrow is an alt-universe, but the primary ones were the three mentioned before.

Too complicated for common users. They need:
- PBO extractor
- source sqf config files (by request, or just by retrieving it from console by the function name)
- to correctly add new weapon and all of its attachments to the mod config
- to correctly combine new assets with existing ones (like if the new one uses existing ammo/magazines)
- Arma 3 Tools with the script compiler utility, to compile edited configs to sqfc

I have a question, there's been quite a few neat WW2 weapon mods released on the workshop that I'm interested in adding to my own personal game of Overthrow WW2. How complicated is it to add them so one could buy them from select agents.

Thanks. As I understand, most of the players are scared off by the WW2 theme, which they are unfamiliar with, which prevents the mod from rising higher in the ranking without diligent promotion. But I'm glad that I took up this time frame, not the modern one.

No, you can't run the Altis map on the Normandy map from Spearhead :)
All changes to classes and all functions can be available, but the campaign is for Altis only.

I don't know what is it. It can conflict with original IFA3, as it can break your game completely.

About the fast travel feature - you can't FT withing enemy controlled territory, so if you want to FT at your FOB, place it before enemy bases, to avoid bases vicinity.

I have 2 questions :) can i... 1: have a complete map with objetives? playing alone and i want to plan my stretegies. and.. 2: just started again and just liberate the first village. whats the next optimal step? i have dificulties to have vehicles to move fast between locations and i dunno if im missing something to have things easier. again Thx, thx thx!!

Здравствуй, я не занимаюсь созданием моделей (компьютерных, если быть точным). Да и сам B-29 вряд ли можно как-то вписать в механику Армы - в последней максимум истребители-бомбардировщики можно использовать, остальное прям мимо основных механик.

Interesting, I guessed there was something like that, but I wasn't sure. In any case, the order of mods, it turns out, is only important if two conditions are met at the same time:
- resource conflict (same function/object/texture names, etc.)
- absence of manual assignment of dependencies.
I have no such conflicts, although they may appear with some third-party mods, but it is on the user's conscience.

On the other subject, I did some research, and load order does matter in certain situations (mainly patches), it is mentioned by BI and numerous mod authors.

"Automated sorting happens only for declared dependencies; it doesn’t “peek inside” every PBO to resolve conflicts. If every author properly lists requiredAddons, you don’t have to fiddle with load order by hand."

Load order doesn't matter in launcher, Arma 3 mods have its own dependency system.

Разобрался. Это с battle eye проблема была. Ему почему то ace не нравилось, ни
оригинальный ни для этого мода. Как только отключил заработало.

Проблема в том что она запускается как без модов так и с другими модами. А вот именно эти моды не запускаются. Я написал нескольким своим друзьям, с которыми мы играем в этот мод у них такая же проблема, хотя вчера ночью все работало отлично. Просто обидно что именно он не запускается. Мод то отличный и интересный.
