No, you can't run the Altis map on the Normandy map from Spearhead :)
All changes to classes and all functions can be available, but the campaign is for Altis only.

About the fast travel feature - you can't FT withing enemy controlled territory, so if you want to FT at your FOB, place it before enemy bases, to avoid bases vicinity.

Здравствуй, я не занимаюсь созданием моделей (компьютерных, если быть точным). Да и сам B-29 вряд ли можно как-то вписать в механику Армы - в последней максимум истребители-бомбардировщики можно использовать, остальное прям мимо основных механик.

уважаемый автор не могли бы вы создать мод на самолёт b-29 superfortress сколько ищу не как ни могу найти если не сложно то сделайте пожалуйста буду очень благодарен также по возможности добавьте возможность устанавливать бомбы из другого мода по типу frestales nukes и т.д и извиняюсь за то что так поздно это пишу

Interesting, I guessed there was something like that, but I wasn't sure. In any case, the order of mods, it turns out, is only important if two conditions are met at the same time:
- resource conflict (same function/object/texture names, etc.)
- absence of manual assignment of dependencies.
I have no such conflicts, although they may appear with some third-party mods, but it is on the user's conscience.

On the other subject, I did some research, and load order does matter in certain situations (mainly patches), it is mentioned by BI and numerous mod authors.

Разобрался. Это с battle eye проблема была. Ему почему то ace не нравилось, ни
оригинальный ни для этого мода. Как только отключил заработало.

Проблема в том что она запускается как без модов так и с другими модами. А вот именно эти моды не запускаются. Я написал нескольким своим друзьям, с которыми мы играем в этот мод у них такая же проблема, хотя вчера ночью все работало отлично. Просто обидно что именно он не запускается. Мод то отличный и интересный.

Здравствуйте, мод перестал запускаться. После запуска игры появляются иконки армы и богемии, а потом просто бесконечный черный экран. У друга тоже самое.

so im a moron. for shits and giggles i decided to just trust the damn process and disabled just that mod even though it wanted to shut down others and started up. BAM it works

i followed the install instructions play by play but cant get it to work because with everything active that it makes me use for dependencies it doesn't even show up in game. but then if i try to fix the mod list to the instructions by removing IFA3 LITE it deactivates the main Overthrow mod. this makes no sense and it highly frustrating

Shortly - there is ~100KB of text and many videos in FAQ, and there is no chance it can fit the Steam page, so it needs to be splitted in many pages. And it is FAQ only.
Also, nobody wanted to help me with proper translating it (as I'm not a native speaker) or creating a separated file.
Discord is good for support, as it lightweight and fast.
So I don't know any other sources with such options.

Стабильность при наличии передатчика будет повышаться сама понемногу, либо можно просто несколькими бойцами зайти и оставаться там, форсировать события.

Захватить кого? Город? Так всё в FAQ вроде есть - если население несколько десятков человек, немцы скорее всего сами уйдут при понижении стабильности до нуля, иначе будет битва. Выиграете - столик ваш :)
Как понизить стабильность, тоже в FAQ есть. Устранять гарнизон, захватить ближайший передатчик.

А как его захватить не подскажете ? а то что то одним персонажем не получается его занять
