@Enriador I'm sorry, but unfortunately there is not much I can do about it. The icons for naval bases work differently than the air base icons. For naval bases the game doesn't differentiate whose ships lay in a port. Because of that I cannot give a special color to a port where only allied ships are based (which would indeed have been blue) and thus I chose blue for empty allied bases as this was the only case where I could use this color sensibly and at least it makes ownership of the base more obvious. Hope you understand :)

Great mod! I wish it was more consistent with Alternate Air Bases. For example, blue in that mod means allied base with allied aircraft deployed. In this one, means empty naval base. A bit confusing.
