Yeah thats why i was wondering in the farm part, because it conflicted with snake mod pack i had to deactivate some snak mods, so this one here prob will conflict but i will try it out ^^ Thanks

@FlufyFox I can't answer definitively as I haven't played for a bit or used Hydrocraft myself, but in the past I have had issues specifically with SF's Farming Time when using other mods that also affect farming, specifically with the coffee and tea not working/growing from Farming Time, so that may be something to consider if you try to use both together!

@Lou Tenant i also have to thank you for your comment almost 2 pages deep about UFP Legacy not working but UFP Redux working for coffee and tea. That was exactly the answer I didn't know I was looking for.

You have to craft seeds using harvested Corn by converting it to "kernels" which are used as seeds, there is no seed bearing phase for corn in the Soul Filcher's Farming Time mod for Project Zomboid.
(putting this here to help folks with potential google searches)

@Lou Tenant you are a god damn CHAMPION, that makes sense once you say it but it's just a break from form to the other plants so I didn't think that would be an option. Like strawberries have a seed-bearing phase even though you'd have to mess with the fruit to get the seeds. Ah well, doesn't matter much.

Farming mods in general conflict with each other, unless you're running a compatibility mod.

Does this conflict with any of the other more farming mods? does anyone know of any conflicts with like; Farmable Tree's, Mo Crops, or Crops never rot.???

considering this has so many dependencies' i can see it being a real headache to try to get working if it has conflicts... like i would love to check it out but rn not knowing if it works with those i'll not risk messing up stability since it is such a headache to fix Zomboid sometimes

@Vandersloot Assgiraffe If I remember correctly, you have to 'manually' get corn kernels after harvesting to replant by using some of the corn and converting it into more kernels, I don't think you get a 'seed-bearing' phase for them where you can harvest them + get free "seeds" from corn plants! I could be wrong but I definitely remember having to go back to my seed storage next to my farming plots on my last long-term save and grab more corn kernels when replanting (I had a metric fuckton of seeds in general but usually still waited for seed-bearing phases, but would just use more of my kernels from packets to replant corn)

my corn plants never advance to seed-bearing and instead just go from "ready for harvest" to "rotten" is there no seed-bearing phase for corn or what?

To clarify, I do not think this mod is compatable with Le Gourmet Revolution. When both are installed, I cannot plant some of Filcher's plants.

I added this a few days ago. Seems like it's causing a lot of error messages when they turn from fresh to stale to rotten. Is there a update maybe?

Roasted and fresh coffee beans can't be ground in Espresso Deluxe. Haven't tried any other machine yet

Is there a way to get the crop specifics for like, min water/max water, days till harvest, etc? If this is a silly question sorry ^^; Playing on a server with pals and I generally love to be the farmer for any game I play, and like to narrow down and research. Of course I could just do testing instead, but getting the stats would be good too. Please and thank you ^^

wanted to comment here as well since someone may have read my old comments about UFP bugging out coffee/tea for Farming Time - those comments were made before UFP Redux was uploaded, coffee and tea should work fine with UFP Redux thanks to pwrcosmic's hard work getting Redux made!

@Woodland it adds new crops as well as a few existing things to be farmable, corn/lettuce/lemongrass from vanilla and the others being brand new, the vanilla 3 should have the same stats as ones you can find in grocery stores before they spoil and lemongrass has the same stats/effect as foraged lemongrass

is planting tea seed the exact way as any other seeds or am i missing a crucial step in sowing my tea seeds i have the snake mods downloaded with ultimate farming patch i rather be at ease here than wasting 8 hours in my game trying to figure something out that doesn't work

@Lorath you can use lettuce to get both squirrel and rabbits at the same effectiveness as cabbage does for rabbits, corn works for birds as well as those two, with the same effectiveness for squirrels, slightly less for rabbits, and slightly less than bugs do for birds, and wheat can help make more flour/bread to use for bait as well for birds :) not sure if he made cauliflower or beets work for trapping since they're not base game, but they also might potentially!

and I still need to test to see if I can replicate the other error @Proship Troopers who I'm assuming was ape mania syndrome ^^ been a bit busy but still gonna see if I can get that to happen on my end too!

@ape mania syndrome I haven't encountered that but I use More common seed types and not Mo Crops. I could try downloading MC and see if I get the same error(s) that you've been having, to see if it's a conflict between those mods or something else!

@Lou Tenant I seem to be having a similar yet disparate issue involving UFP, SFFT, and Mo Crops. All modded crop types never advance to the next growing stage (beyond seedling) and give errors when moused over with high farming skill, or when adding fertilizers. Have you come across anything like this in your testing?

My wheat keeps turning invisible... any idea where I should start to troubleshoot this. I removed all other mods that add tiles and it didn't seem to fix it.

The original tester save suddenly started getting spammed with errors from both jigga's and Farming Time and no crops were able to continue being grown, even after turning UFP back on... and then on a second fresh tester save where I never enabled UFP and started with Crops Never Rot at the bottom of the load order, no issues whatsoever. So far the conclusion is that these mods really don't play well together if you disable or re-enable some of them mid-save, so far it seems the optimal course of action is to NOT use UFP, and put Crops Never Rot at the bottom of your load order, and you can use Farming Time, more common seed types, jigga's, and crops never rot all together and grow everything just fine, at least on a fresh save. Maybe there's another weird interaction on my main save, but replicating the problems with the first and a third tester save by starting w/ UFP and disabling it to get the errors again makes me think the corn/sunflower issues come from disabling UFP mid-save.

The tester save is having no errors pop up now with UFP disabled, despite my original save still having both, which is curious because I replicated both errors with ONLY the listed mods, mod manager, change sandbox options, and errormagnifier installed, and did the same solution of disabling Crops Never Rot.. gonna keep trying to fix it, but for anyone else who stumbles across these issues, that's the solutions that worked on a fresh tester save with Farming Time, MCST, crops never rot, and jigga's for farming mods, despite them all being covered by UFP it seems to be better to have it disabled, and potentially disabling crops never rot if you run into issues with corn in Farming Time or sunflowers in MCST, but I'll keep testing on other fresh saves and my original/main save to see if there's some solution to get these 3/4 mods playing nicely together. Sorry for the comment spam, just really wanna get them all working and share my findings for anyone else having issues!

Findings so far:
So I forgot sunflowers are part of "more common seed types" and not SFFT, that's my bad.
Planting tea/coffee with UFP turned off and turning it back on prevents them from advancing to the next stage and labels them "mystery plant" in the info window, despite the hover-over tooltip listing tea/coffee.
Corn not advancing seemed to be due to Crops Never Rot, turning it off and back on (which put it at the bottom of the load order) seemed to fix that issue. This also seemed to fix the error spamming/blank info panel for sunflowers, although curiously enough after manually moving it back up to the top of the load order for my tester save, neither issue came back up.. on my original save where I started messing around with everything, I turned Crops Never Rot off and back on and corn wouldn't advance and the sunflower bug stayed so.. more testing it is, lol.

Yeah, with UFP, coffee and tea aren't able to be planted - seeds in inventory and the option to sow them never comes up. Without UFP, corn won't advance to the next growth stage and sunflowers spam errors when you select their info panel and it just shows a small white box instead of any info. That might be a conflict with more common seed types, crops never rot, or jigga's greenfire, which is what I plan on testing tonight just to see, along with testing if juggling UFP on and off is viable for being able to grow coffee and tea by turning it off to plant them and turning it back on after and seeing if they are able to be grown/harvested with it on.
I'll comment again later with my findings and if the sunflower/corn bug is with just SFFT or if it's because of crops never rot/more common seed types, I don't think jigga's is affecting anything because I had the no coffee/tea bug before I started using jigga's.

So with the UFP, Coffee and Tea break, but without UFP the Corn breaks?

Tbh, I'd rather keep the corn since it has more recipes that need it, but I thank you for taking the time to do all this troubleshooting. This info will be massively helpful when my group, and others, get back together for PZ later on. :)

And after playing some more, WITH the Ultimate Farming Patch, you can't sow coffee or tea seeds, but WITHOUT UFP, it seems that corn will hit 0 hours left on time remaining (with 8+ farming to see time to next stage) and.. just sit there not advancing. Sunflowers also bug out and spam errors when you click on "Info" for them and it just displays a small white box in the info panel with nothing else. This is with the same mods listed in my previous comment, minus UFP being on, so a conflict is causing these I'm sure, but UFP itself causing the conflict with tea and coffee seeds makes things difficult. Might have to test it with juggling the save with UFP on and off, maybe it'll let coffee and tea advance after being planted, I'll have to test some more later today/tomorrow to see.

Finally did some testing and Ultimate Farming Patch was what was preventing me from planting coffee and tea tree seeds with Farming Time. I'm using SFFT, more common seed types, jigga's green fire, and crops never rot along UFP and disabling UFP was what allowed me to plant coffee and tea tree seeds on a fresh save. It worked with just SFFT enabled, and then I added the others and disabling UFP was what allowed me to plant them again.

Can also confirm having issues with planting coffee seeds, even with Ultimate Farming Patch, and all of my farming mods enabled are covered by UFP

To make it compatible with other farming mods download: Ultimate Farming Patch. It makes several farming conflictant mods work together.

Nightboss00, it would probably be best to start a new map depending on how old / how looted it already is. As the wiki says, "Loot spawns for the first time when you enter the 100x100 tile cell it's in." So, in theory, you could add it to an existing save, but you'd have to go find containers that haven't had anyone within 100 map cells of it to have a chance at the seed spawns.
