@War-angel that's up to the user to figure out. There are small ship glass mods that should allow cockpit glass. I didn't build the plane I used in the screenshots, they were built by Primo.
@Mattacon, I wanted to put LCD's on the seat but really couldn't figure out a good way to make it work.

plan on making a passenger seat that matches this? I would love to make a passenger plane without keen fat seats.

There's nothing wrong with that, you just usually do it in an enclosed space.
I can't quite tell if it was intentional, but especially the POV image...
