God bless your soul!!!!

Can you please make a stand-alone version of just RHSUSAF mags? Also, keep up the great work!
Hawkins Apr 29, 2021 @ 9:59pm
Are you able to release this just for RHSUSAF?

Or alternatively, would it be okay for my group to modify it to slim down just for RHSUSAF? My group does not use GREF and SAF.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Oct 19, 2020 @ 5:49pm
@Leclair ah, yes it does, I will update that. Thanks for reminding me.
LeClair Oct 19, 2020 @ 4:48pm
Does this mod now require RHSSAF?
Golas Sep 19, 2020 @ 1:56am
not sure if it is a problem but ill try to figure it out in this week :)
Georg Ravioli  [author] Sep 19, 2020 @ 12:47am
ohhhh yea hahah there are a few files with capital letters in them, from NIArms. That might be it?
Golas Sep 18, 2020 @ 11:17pm
Thanks mate, ill check it out and give you info back when iam done with this. Sometimes even small case letters bug gives shit in mod, when i made aftp units it was a pain in ass even that was simple retexture but binarization worked after a month or so ;)
Georg Ravioli  [author] Sep 18, 2020 @ 8:18pm
@Golas yeah go ahead and sign it yourself if you want, I've heard of problems like this with Linux servers but I don't know anything about them.
Golas Sep 18, 2020 @ 12:34pm
Nope still fucked up, sometimes especially when binarization is off it happens, or sometimmes key is invalid from begining, on windows its easy but when it comes to linux ahhh problems :P if you allow i can try unpack and binarize it with own key to check if it helps - of course do not redistribute or anything just to check if it will help - similiar case we had with fat lurch mods, after sme time and updates and key changed it started to work ok
Golas Sep 18, 2020 @ 12:28pm
Rgr that ill try now
Georg Ravioli  [author] Sep 17, 2020 @ 5:48pm
@Golas try again now, I just updated the keys/signs.
Golas Sep 17, 2020 @ 4:30am
Key server on linux servers is corrupted, checked triple time, always says its not signed.
flankymanga Aug 25, 2020 @ 3:39pm
Hip hip horray! The original naming conventions are far better and understandable. Thanks!
Georg Ravioli  [author] Aug 25, 2020 @ 3:35am
Pretty big update pushed, with more to come! Most other rifles/carbines in RHS have been given mixed mags, and Russian ammo is back to its original naming conventions.
Georg Ravioli  [author] May 28, 2020 @ 7:55pm
not my mod. I haven't touched M82 API.
MDK May 28, 2020 @ 5:17pm
Is it possible this could have broken the incendiary function of m82 API rounds?

I remember them distinctly being able to blow up fuel tanks on cars, seems this was either taken out by the original mod crew or perhaps an oversight in this mod?
El Berl May 13, 2020 @ 5:38pm
Indeed. An associate of mine got the info from a former military Russian. It's of similar composition to 7N39 with a VK8 tungsten core, and was designed for use alongside the AK-15. It has yet to see deployment but it's reportedly capable of easily defeating GOST Class 5 and Class 5A plates, not to mention exceeding 7N39 in performance.
Georg Ravioli  [author] May 13, 2020 @ 4:42pm
oh shit, the missing link between 37 and 39. Yea fill me in, pops :D
El Berl May 13, 2020 @ 4:38pm
Hey Tony, I'm back. Want some 7.62x39mm 7N38 tungsten-core AP?
Georg Ravioli  [author] Jan 25, 2020 @ 9:18am
Hah probably not currently, from what I've read it's a Finnish round. If I ever do a similar addon for NIArms I might though.
El Berl Jan 24, 2020 @ 11:14pm
Heh, would you perhaps be interested in some 7.62x39mm K413 tungsten-core AP?
Georg Ravioli  [author] Jan 24, 2020 @ 11:05pm
I think you mean, "PPBS" and "PP" ;)
El Berl Jan 24, 2020 @ 9:01pm
Excellent work adding 7N39 and 7N27.
El Berl Jan 2, 2020 @ 10:44pm
Nobody's going to have a rage-off because the names are changed. I recommend you just make your own mod. Nothing's wrong with a little bit of sporting competition, after all!
flankymanga Jan 2, 2020 @ 7:14pm
@V. Berlioz: Thats fine i for example don't use ACE and "everybody" else uses ace. Meaning that most players do. But this mod is tightly coupled with RHS ammo magazines as it supplements them.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Jan 2, 2020 @ 6:40pm
K well go find someone to make the perfect mod for you because I like the way my mod is right now.
El Berl Jan 2, 2020 @ 6:29pm
Not everyone uses RHS. I know a lot of guys in my personal circles that stay away and only go with CUP.
flankymanga Jan 2, 2020 @ 6:25pm
The problem is that most people will be lazy to do that so they will unload the mod instead. 57-N-231 is at this point easier because that is the default RHS label and everybody uses RHS so everybody knows that is the 7.62x39 ammo.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Jan 2, 2020 @ 6:10pm
@flankymanga 7.62x39 and 7.62x54 markings were long and didn't fit certain text boxes. Also, these different designations are easier to keep track of (instead of memorizing 57-N-231 and all of its suffixes you can just remember PS, BP, T-45). Change it yourself if you don't like it, config modding is easy. I promise.
flankymanga Jan 2, 2020 @ 6:06pm
Why did you changed the labels for the ammunition? Why... Everyone knew the old markings... Nobody knows the new ones. Not even Russians players.

Underrated mod
LEE O C Oct 26, 2019 @ 5:47pm
nice
AK Oct 25, 2019 @ 2:56pm
There are for 5.56, yes. Appreciate how thorough you've been on the mag combinations, thanks for this.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Oct 25, 2019 @ 2:19pm
No, I'm not going to add those. There's vanilla mags with reload tracers already that should be in magwells.
AK Oct 25, 2019 @ 2:13pm
Excellent, great work. Could we get some magazine variants with reload tracer? I don't recall off hand if you've already implemented this or not with the mixed mags, belay my last if so. 7.62x51 20rnd magazines with M61 and reload tracer or two or three rounds tracer then two more ball behind it before end of supply would be a pretty sweet addition.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Oct 25, 2019 @ 11:55am
it was only one mag. I fixed it, thanks.
AK Oct 25, 2019 @ 10:23am
Looks like you have a problem with Mk.262 mags you've added being listed as Mk.318 once you load them; they're 262s in the inventory, but display as 318s once loaded up. Seems to be consistent across most types.
El Berl Oct 18, 2019 @ 3:46pm
Don't forget 7N6VK either, Reznov. It's essentially the predecessor to 7N24.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Oct 18, 2019 @ 2:51pm
@Reznov added T-45M mags, also changed all AK mixes to TE2, and M855 to TE4.
Reznov Oct 16, 2019 @ 10:28am
I know a very reputable guy who can supply pic's of the KGB Border Guard Green 7.62x39 Mag. I can supply images of a 5.45x39. He is very respected in the AK community. There is even a 39rd 7.62x39 Aluminum Expiremental Mag that at first glance looks like a steel 40rd Mag. I also don't understand why they didn't include 40rd Bakelite Mag's. All of which have seen service.
Reznov Oct 16, 2019 @ 10:23am
The shade of the Green isn't "correct" but it's hard to find a legit one therefore for games typically I would think google images was used. There is probably only 25-30 in the U.S.A. and that is including 7.62x39 and 5.45x39 and both look different despite being Green in color.
Reznov Oct 16, 2019 @ 10:15am
Do you have a link to the AK Vests mod so I can subscribe to that? I might already have it but just want to double check. This is seperate and about RHS.. the KGB Border Guard Mag's are a little off on RHS, the Green AK-74 Mag's. I can supply reference pictures to help them. They were given as awards.. not standard issue. Most actually had a 4 digit code on the side, that 4 digit code represent's the Soviet Military Base that the Soldier was assigned to, so whatever base he went to, he had to etch the 4 digit code on the side of the Mag's. The practice to my knowledge was abandoned in the late 1970's to early 1980's.
Georg Ravioli  [author] Oct 15, 2019 @ 10:20pm
Yeah, it's not a big game-changer at all, but the idea appealed to the giant fucking nerd in me so I made it happen. Honestly what did it was that AK Vests mod. I wanted a loadout with bakelite mags loaded with AP rounds but they didn't exist.
Reznov Oct 15, 2019 @ 10:18pm
I actually haven't loaded it up yet, I just saw the mod and thought, damn this is cool and hit subscribe. It truely is a great idea, I don't know why it wasn't originally thought of but tomorrow I will test it out and play.
Reznov Oct 15, 2019 @ 10:15pm
From a gaming perspective, its awesome.. I love it and I totally support it. But people seriously believe that the average Russian soldier going into combat would have at least 7N22 with 7T3 rounds in there but its not reality. Their mentality is "Lets use up the old shit" which is the same as our Military. Most likely it's at most 7N6M or 7N10 in an average Soldier's AK-74M. Kinda like I know nobody who served in the Military like me that has seen or shot the M995..No USMC, No Army, etc. I knew a guy in my own unit who lied about his service while on duty even, a lot embellish.. We used M193 on most occasion's but we did use M855 but never not even M855A1 and we were in a Combat Unit. The biggest misconception is "oh a new round came out, we will use that from now on".
Georg Ravioli  [author] Oct 15, 2019 @ 9:51pm
Yea sorry I can't edit my shit. Give me an hour or two to figure out how to fit T-45M in. No problems with the current config of 7T3 though right?
