I found the problem. It was an old mod called "Anime Music" https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1484236355 and his second part "Anime music 2". Apparently, the UGC files of this (new Anime Music) mod and the old mod conflict. I don't know why, but it was only after unsubscribing and completely deleting the old mod that the new Anime Music started working for me.

I have already deleted all the Paradox files twice, reinstalled HOI4 from scratch, but nothing helped. Neither the complete removal of UGC files, nor the complete cleansing of the computer from HOI4 files. @サラマンダー☆, reinstall the game as well, including deleting the game on Steam and on the Documents folder of your PC under the Paradox Interactive folder.

@Fridericiana , It's still not working. I did as you said, deleted everything in the mods_registry.json and deleted all ugc files. Then I reinstall all mods, but it's still not working! Maybe I should reinstall the entire game again? well, it was running fine before, but I'm not sure when it suddenly stopped working.

It's not working, I can't find the mod's songs in the radio station. I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, and even uninstalling the game, but it still didn't work.
