However, it makes the game a bit weird, as characters and agents gain exp way too fast and the campaign map is covered with powerful individuals.
Should ajust the exp gain with a character's lifespan, it would make the mod great I guess.

Downloaded the mod earlier today and played for a few hours, and all of my children are dead. Even the children of the people I adopted almost all died for no reason. I know there used to be this trick where, if you made sure to educate the kids, they would not die prematurely, yet that doesn't seem to be working.
I'm gonna uninstall this mod and put a thumb down for the time being, and change it if the issue gets fixed.
I stumbled upon something that I wanted to let you know:
I played at first one playthrough with the Iceni on vanilla, and I restarted just recently with your mod as an (much needed) addition for a main campaign playthrough.
What I realized is that child mortality went through the roof. On vanilla I got between 2-4 children per couple and around 20-30% of these children died before they reached adulthood.
So far I have played about 50~ turns with your mod enabled and on the new playthrough, from the 5 children that where born, 4 are already dead (80% mortality).
Soooooo, is this just a gigantic coincidence or does your mod somehow increase child mortality?
Maybe because they "stay" children 4x longer gives them more opportunities to find an early grave?
Or maybe RNJesus just decided to fuck my family tree up, who knows...
