It's not that they are not updating it, it is being updated. It's likely only being updated in segments. I've done portrait modding before, it's not as difficult as map modding but still time consuming. Assuming work is being done for each country daily it should be done between a week to two weeks. Either way I'm glad this mod exists and is still being updated.

In my view, updating new images in accordance with the latest patch is of great significance.

Well, it seemed to go well, I saw Evelyn from ZZZ, but I didn't see Yanagi - I didn't like that (although maybe there is one somewhere, but I don't know for which country). I didn't see Miyabi - I liked that. And Soviet Belarus from Azur line for the USSR - that's awesome!

This mod works great, although i have noticed that some of the portraits, specifically the middle-eastern ones are still human. (e.g. Syria's leader portrait being unchanged for instance)
