Late reply, but it was not whitelisted for a while after the last update. It's whitelisted again now, though.

I have attempted to run this on a server but the server becomes unranked, doesn’t have this issue with it not installed. Please help!

I made the mutator fully server-side with the latest update so clients no longer need to download it when joining a server running it.

I'll add a 9,99 € DLC, which disables this mutator 30 seconds before the round ends.
