Those won't fit him, he was unskilled in the military, just look at his participation in war, where most operations to which he condemned any changes failed miserably.
Only War Hero and Harsh Leader can fit there but not Cautious or Organizer or Skilled Staffer - as long as I know office work ain't that complicated as managing whole fronts and commanding generals, so making leader from a duck sitting in office wouldn't fit there xD

We know enough to be sure that he won't deal anything good to the war effort beside listening to people who are common with basic tactics. Remember his actions during Polish war, Winter war and early operation Barbarossa + the times he tried to be clever in Stavka changing plans.

Cautious; War Hero; Harsh Leader; Organizer; and Skilled Staffer must be good traits for him. It will be more historical when we know the working days of Stalin in his office in Kremlin or Datcha.

I know those can't be used , but I'm not making overpowered mod for good marshals (as there were none but Tukhachevsky at this time) making them as close to their real achievements as it's possible.

Also Stalin as marshal? Okay, but he will be same as Kulik, so bad in everything and without any positive perks.

In the wiki it is stated that some traits belonging to generals can't be used when being a field mashal.
Trickster is a general's trait, are you sure it is of use when being a fieldmarshal?
Perhaps it's better to change it to a "personality trait" or "assignable fieldmarshal trait"
