Probably because WOTC is pretty much a better version of the game for variety of reasons and it takes too much time recompiling every single mod just for non-wotc version of the game.

Just like you would put any armor customisation. You go into character's customisation tab, and change his helmet, armor, legs and every hand (separate!).
If you are not getting option for separate hands - try to install a mod that adds them. Like "arms and shoulders".

Default customisation. You can even put it up directly in the character pool.

Thank you for this one, 3245. Genuinely the best "conventional" armor mod on the workshop so far. Not as weird looking as MGSV armor, textures don't make me cry and finally a proper modern helmet with curves!

My only wish is to get rid of edgy red eyes. Maybe a future update with alternative helmet?

Wolfenstein armour with no symbol or even an XCom symbol or patch for the soldiers nation flag where one would be instead of a swatsika would make a lot more sense and be a lot less abhorrent and problematic.
But that's nether here nor there because what I really want to say is that I think this HUNK armour looks amazing.

@Radness, I think its because of steam restrictions, and country sensitivity. In Europe you can get into trouble showing the swashtika, for example.

Better to be safe, than have a mod taken down.
